Payment

Payment can be made securely online via MasterCard, Visa or PayPal.

In the unlikely event that an item you have chosen is no longer available, you will be notified of the delay via e-mail and be given the option to either choose another item or be refunded.

Delivery Australia-wide

Delivery of clothing will be made within 1-7 business days. In unforeseen circumstances where this is not possible, you will be notified of the delay via e-mail.

Parcels will be sent via Express Post at a flat rate of $9.00 Australia wide.

Express Post Parcels come with a unique tracking code. Please e-mail Rachel at sales@eviegracematernity.com.au if you wish to have your parcel tracked.

If you do not live within the Express Post network, your parcel will be automatically sent via Registered Post. In the unlikely event that an item you have chosen is no longer available, you will be notified of the delay via e-mail and be given the option to either choose another item or be refunded.

International Delivery

We deliver to the following countries:

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK
  • North America: Canada, USA
  • Middle East: Israel
  • Africa: South Africa
  • Asia Pacific: China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore

Clothing will be delivered via Air Mail and may take up to 20 working days. Please note that all clothing is listed in Australian dollars. Parcels sent overseas will be charged at a flat rate of AUD$15 which does not include any overseas duties and customs charges you may incur. Please note that Air Mail is not insured or traceable, though if you wish to have your order upgraded to Registered Post International please e-mail Rachel at sales@eviegracematernity.com.au. You will be provided with a quote for this service prior to finalising your order. If you wish to proceed with Registered Post, please confirm and your order will then be processed.

Exchanges

It is important to us that you are happy with the choice(s) you've made whilst shopping at Evie Grace Maternity. If you are not happy with the colour or fit of a purchase you have made, we can exchange the item for a different choice. Please note however, refunds will only be granted for faulty items. Items for exchange must be returned in the original condition they were delivered. No marks, no scents or odours, unworn, with tags on and in original packaging.

Please complete the Returns & Exchanges form which you received with your order and send unwanted garments within 14 days of delivery. If you require another Returns & Exchanges form please e-mail your request to Rachel at sales@eviegracematernity.com.au.

We recommend you send your item(s) via Registered Post as we are not responsible for any goods that do not reach us. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with returning goods for exchange. Evie Grace Maternity will happily pay for the new item(s) to be re-sent via parcel post. If you wish to receive your new item(s) via Express Post, you will be charged $9.00.

Returns

If you believe your garment is faulty, please complete the Returns & Exchanges Form you received with your order outlining the reason why the item is faulty. If you require another form, please e-mail your request to Rachel at sales@eviegracematernity.com.au.

Please send item(s) via Registered Post as we are not responsible for goods that do not reach us. If your item(s) is deemed faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item as well as the postage costs associated with original delivery and return of the faulty item. If you would like a faulty item to be replaced, please indicate this on the returns form. Evie Grace Maternity will happily pay for the new item(s) to be re-sent parcel post. If you wish to receive your new item(s) via Express Post, you will be charged $9.00.
